Fix for gemian/gemian#17 - update to patched file to support incomming calls - reverts upstream commenting out of autoAcceptIncoming - surrounding comments indicate this might mess up call waiting but for now its better to at least support incoming calls

Previous method of checking kernel cmdline is fragile and can't work on
all devices, because some devices are unicorn and doesn't export proper
codenamme in cmdline
