configure icon/skin themes early in startup (#611) 
After changing the icon theme some of the icons were still from my
current system (Gentoo/KDE) icon theme. Moving the theme setup
earlier in the startup fixed it.

* add feed option to load article URL in message preview

Some RSS feeds (such as reddit.com) provide quite limited `content`
section, thus it is desirable to load the URL into the message preview.

* Support displayUrl for all feed types
