Turns out the fluegauged vendor components requires net access before it will allow charge reporting and charging of the battery, changed network type from empty (no internet) to none (shares host internet)

Removing conflicts dependency so that we make sure that all packages are downloaded before an error is reported as the act of removal of the droid-hal-cosmopda is that it disabled wifi which would make it difficult to install

Starting of lxc or lxc-net causes the cosmo to reboot, so as this package brings in lxc attempt to disable it pre and post install just incase

Don't wait for LXC Android container stop
...
Improves reboot time, as it won't properly shutdown. This should be more or
less safe, as the container is used only to utilize Android drivers.

otherwise /dev/by-partlabel and foobar are not created when this service
tries to run, and hence container fails to start later on
