• I've reached the point in the project where I'm rewriting code I wrote weeks ago because I've decided it's not up to standard...🤦‍♀️You're just going to have to trust me that the editor code was especially egregious, and as a side effect you get neat gifs! #pico8 #gamedev #indiedev

gardener's note: This rewrite was definitely inspired by PicoCAD. The old code wasn't great, but I was mostly chasing new features. Johan Peitz, the creator of PicoCAD (who went on to do many other cool things) also commiserated with me on editor rewrites.
